How it works
Repeat = Teeth × Pitch. The pitch must match the press or cylinder specification.
Example
100 teeth × 3.175 mm pitch = 317.5 mm repeat.
Limitations
A 1/8 inch pitch is a common reference, not a universal press condition. Confirm the actual pitch and tooth count.
